Purposes: the data you provide through this form (name, email, subject, message) will be processed in order to evaluate your request to resell Puff products and for subsequent commercial communications related to the activation of the relationship. The legal basis of the processing is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Retention: data will be retained for the time necessary to evaluate the request and, in the event that the commercial relationship is not activated, for a maximum of 24 months.

Recipients: data may be communicated to authorised internal personnel (sales department) and to external suppliers appointed as Data Processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. There is no dissemination nor extra-EU transfer.
